Had a great weekend at Kyle’s place. House was clean and had great amenities. Great location right near the Sunriver Village shops. My boys loved having access to the SHARC and the hot tub too. Would definitely book this place again.

For my group of 10 people this house was amazing! It’s located out in the country, we saw deer while we were barbecuing outback. It’s a private and secure location. The house has amazing amenities, including hot tub! Kyle was a professional and gracious host who helped us immensely. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a decent size group.

We had our annual family get together here in Sun River. Thankfully Kyle’s house was big enough to accommodate all of us. Plenty of bedrooms, so parents could have a separate bedroom from the kids. The kids loved the bunk bed options….along with the toys and books. (Our kids were too young to enjoy the PacMan games.) Plenty of seating for family meals and the kitchen had lots of utensils and dishes for our group. We appreciated all the extra drawer space for our cooking supplies. I would highly recommend staying here in Sun River.

We loved staying here! It was family friendly with toys for the kiddos, very peaceful, and had a huge kitchen to cook a lot of meals in. The kitchen was also very well stocked with cooking utensils – probably the best that we’ve ever stayed at…Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in Sun River for our family (2 small kids under 5). Perfect walkable location to the Village! Wonderfully updated home with great beds for kids (thank you for the extra side rail protections!) Truly one of our favorite homes we’ve stayed at in SR (we come 1-2x/year) and plan to return to Kyle’s home or maybe one of his other listings if we bring more family. Thankful for the excellent communication throughout our stay re: hot tub, thermostat and garbage services— I’ve never had a host be so detailed and I really appreciate it. This house was great for our little kids who can be reckless, great safe cul-de-sac outdoor space for kids to play out front, and the house sits on the walk/bike pathway which was perfect for our outings! We had everything we needed inside with many TVs to keep everyone entertained and kitchen amenities. Overall 10/10 stay! Thank you Kyle!

Kyle’s place was the cleanest most well-appointed home I have been in to date! Sunriver is a cute town and close to very cool attractions. Also very convenient to Bend and all that it has to offer. Could not have been a better stay for us… thank you!

This was the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in at Sunriver. I would highly recommend this for anyone traveling with a larger group. The house was so nice well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was immaculate. The house has several sitting areas, and we had more than enough room to spread out and relax. I would come back again in a heartbeat.

So many beds, bedrooms and bathrooms! Perfect for an emetophobe on vacation with the whole family😉 The indoor play structure, arcade games and clean hot tub made being at the house pretty wonderful. We also had a fun bike ride along the river, got to see a plane land on the airstrip and enjoyed the playground and pickle ball courts. Our only regret was not beating the high score at Dig Dug.

Kyle’s home in Sunriver was wonderful. Great floor plan, fully stocked kitchen/linens (and more!) and the location was perfect! We loved being right across the road from The Village, yet enjoyed the privacy of our own hot tub! Kyle was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again…soon!

Kyle’s place what is exactly what we needed. The home is comfortable and comfy. Kyle was very responsive. I wish we would have stayed longer and taken advantage of the amenities. Will definitely bring the family back to enjoy the home and the surrounding areas.
