Indoor Space: 7 bedrooms: - King Suite above garage with two twin bunks. - King bedroom on 1st floor - Another King bedroom on 1st floor - Twin bed in bedroom on 1st floor. - King master suite on 2nd floor (with walk-in closet, could fit two pac’n’plays in the closet, not included) - Queen bed and twin bunk in bedroom on second floor. - Queen bed and twin over queen bunk in bedroom on 2nd floor. - Smart TVs in every room, arcade games, outdoor games. - 1.5 bathrooms downstairs, 2 full bathrooms upstairs, 1 full bathroom in suite above garage. - Large kitchen and dining room for large groups. There is an additional fridge and freezer in the garage. There is a mini fridge in the king suite above the garage. - There is a washer and dryer inside the house on the second floor and another washer and dryer in the garage! Outdoor Space: - The Hot tub is fully drained and refilled fresh between EVERY guest stay! (During the cold season, this means it may be late the first night by the time it is heated back up). - Private back patio. - Nice grassed backyard for kids. - Nice open common space and bike path right out the back of the property. Other Amenities - 8 passes to the Sunriver SHARC water park included! - There are 6-10 bikes in the garage as well as sleds for guest use. - Separate AC/heat controls for upstairs and downstairs of the main house as well as separate AC/heat controls for the King suite above the garage.

- This property has space for 6 average-sized vehicles MAXIMUM for parking (one in the garage, five in the driveway). Parking on, or along the street is NOT allowed in Sunriver. Sadly, we have had issues with guests breaking this rule. There will be a $200 fine PER vehicle, PER Night that break this rule.
