The house was great. Lots of room to kick back and hang out after a long day of snowboarding. The host communicated very well. We would stay here again when we come back. Mahalo!

The home itself was nice and clean. We had a good family vacation and enjoyed our time. The host even offered an extra night for cheaper which was really nice. The reason I put three stars is because the neighbors who live there permanently I’m assuming were watching us the entire time and messaging the host everything we were doing. We just felt like we were being watched, we brought a tent and placed it outside and they messaged the host immediately. We did not know it was not allowed but even that in itself threw us off. The parking situation isn’t ideal as well because it was hard to fit our trucks so we parked one car on gravel not blocking the road at all and we got charged, not by HOA but by the home owners. The house itself was pretty and the area was pretty as well.

Love, loved our stay here! We celebrated a 50th birthday with friends and family for a ski weekend and the house was perfect to accommodate us all. It was well equipped and we had everything we needed and more. Loved the organization and all the well thought out touches. We made lots of good memories and appreciate Kyle hosting us for this special occasion.

We had a wonderful time at Kyle’s place . The house was close to Sunriver village .The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

It was really close to the Sunriver village. It was very affordable, very nice remodeling. We liked that the hot tub didn’t have too much chlorine and the water is dumped out after every guest. No complaints!

Kyle's place was perfect for our large group of 4 families with young kids. The place was cosy and well appointed with lots of games for the kids, SHARC passes, and also very walkable to the nearby park. We would visit again and would recommend!

Kyle was an exceptional host for our family reunion during the holidays. The house was perfect for our families and was very clean and well kept. 2 extra fridges in the garage were very nice as well as plenty of bikes for the extensive trail system in Sunriver. Kyle was extremely responsive with any questions and even delivered some needed toilet paper and other essentials first thing in the morning after our request. Everybody had a great time and would not hesitate to book this beautiful house again. Kyle made sure we had a wonderful stay throughout our time there.

Plenty of room for a large group and a fully stocked kitchen. The only concern is if you have mobility issues then there are no ground floor bedrooms that do not have some stairs, and the shower on the first floor is a tub shower. We had a couple in their late 80s and it was challenging, but if this is not an issue for you everything is beautiful and well equipped.

Modern, spacious, clean house with lots of rooms and bed arrangements for everyone in our big party! Great for large families, big main area for cooking/eating/playing games together! Very convenient that there is 2 sets of washer/dryer and extra fridge in garage! Our big family enjoyed this stay thanks to your awesome house!

Kyle was a very accommodating host for my family. Kyle was always quick to respond and was always ready to help whenever an issue arose.The house was super spacious and beautiful in a nice quiet neighborhood.
