Highly recommend this house. It is soooo close to Sunriver Village which makes getting to the grocery store, coffee shop, bike rental, restaurants, ice cream so easy. Like a 2-3 minute walk. It's also about 10 minute walk to SHARC. Home was clean and the host was super responsive. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful house fully equipped. Kyle has thought of everything you could possibly need. This house was spacious and had an awesome view. Anything you could need was at the house labeled and easy to find. Great master bedroom.plenty of space. Great bicycle selection and passes to the water park

Our stay here in this wonderful home was truly delightful. Very spacious to accommodate a large family gathering. Great location with several activities in the area for all-ages. Everything and more we needed was available for a hassle-free stay. Overall had a lovely time in this gorgeous well-kept house; would absolutely return back again!

This is a fabulous property. We stayed here with our children and grandchildren. It is just as described, “Walk to Everything”. The Village with the shops, restaurants and children’s activities is a stone’s throw away. The SHARC is a 15-minute walk on the trails. It was a great bonus having the SHARC passes. The SHARC was a great place to go with our children and grandchildren. The trails in Sunriver provide a great opportunity for long walks or bike rides. Bend is only a 15 minute drive for grocery stores and exploring downtown Bend. It is close to many attractions in the area. The house was clean and ready for us. The kitchen is well appointed with dishware, glasses, and cooking items. The hot tub was another bonus we enjoyed. It, too, was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Kyle was a great host. He was very responsive to our inquiries. I highly recommend this property and Kyle as a host.

Beautiful house and great location! Easy access to the trails and all the fun activities in Sunriver. Kyle was a great host, super responsive and helpful. We had a great time at our family reunion and would definitely recommend!!

We took our volleyball team to Sunriver for our team camp and staying at Kyle's gave us plenty of room to have our own spaces, while still feeling intimate. The 8 SHARC passes were helpful, as we had 18 people (so only needed tonpurchase 10). We were only able to stay at the SHARC for an hour (two 30 min shifts) as a thunderstorm was in the area. The Bikes, hottub, indoor/outdoor living with bi-fold doors, high ceilings, many beds/rooms/bathrooms, and beautiful home made up for the uncontrollable weather 😇. We had a blessed time with our team and made so many memories. Thank you Kyle for being a wonderful host and sharing your amazing home.

The house was comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our family of 17, ages 78-3, had a wonderful time. The pool table was a star attraction. Kyle was a responsive , cordial and informative host. This was a home that was great for making lifetime memories.

Wow! This home is well appointed with everything we needed for our vacation. It is extremely clean, warm, inviting, and everything we wanted for our little family reunion (ages 2-85). We had a wonderful time! Kyle is extremely responsive and an amazing host!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for our large multigenerational family group. The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for the large home cooked dinners we prepared together. The dinning table was a good fit for all of our fun family game nights too. The well designed open floor plan made the best “nerf” battle field for the littles in our group. They also loved the play kitchen under the stairs, extra toys in the cabinet and baskets, and best of all the “PAC-MAN” room. There was also a nice variety of well maintained bicycles for those of us who didn’t bring our own. We hope to rent this property again next summer.

Awesome place for a big group. Entire process was very smooth. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Don't hesitate to rent this place. We would definitely come back.
