This is a great spot for large gatherings! So much space and plenty of beds. The pictures do not do the house justice. Kyle is a great host, super responsive, and has everything dialed in for guests.

We loved staying at Kyle’s house. It had lots of space for our whole family to hang out together and plenty of space for individual down time. They had great games for the whole family….we love shuffleboard!! They have a ton of good bikes. The hot tub was as hot as we’ve ever experienced, amazing! The house is very nice and clean!! Kyle was prompt in communicating any time I reached out. Thanks for everything!!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It was filled with everything we could possibly need, I even found a steamer in the laundry room to freshen up my outfit for the wedding we were attending over the weekend. We had 8 adults and everyone loved the place. My son loved making breakfast for us each morning in the spacious kitchen, he was amazed at all the pots and pans and everything else he needed. I’m sure we will rent this fabulous home again when we return to Sunriver.

We had a fantastic stay! The area is beautiful and is so close to everything. My daughter (1yo) loved playing with the toys! Since the house is so close to the village you do get some morning noises of trucks, but it was worth it being so close. Kyle was very responsive and kind. Thank you!!

Location is fantastic- 100 yds from the Village, but still no road noise. The place was spotless with many small extras that until you want them, you wouldn't notice them. (Like nice new towels and plenty of them) A great selection of spices and basic cooking needs. All the pots/pans ect needed to do cooking are here and is very good condition. New appliances. Even a small tool kit for little fixs. The hottub really had been just cleaned and the water replaced, and was in excellent condition. We used it every day after hiking. This was a very very nice extra that was provided, esp since some places have gross hot tubs. Its a little thing, but have you ever been to a place and the seating was uncomfortable? Not here. Nice - comfortable - electric recliners and couch for flaking out. We will definitely be back next fall. Thank you Kyle!

This was maybe my favorite Air BnB experience I’ve had. The house was beautiful, clean, kid-friendly, and spacious. Perfect space for a group, especially if you have young kids. Kyle was helpful and responsive. The house had everything we needed and more. We would love to come back in the future and highly recommend!

The house was fantastic and the perfect size for myself and my friends, who were there celebrating my 50th birthday. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware, utensils, dishware, etc to cook meals. The rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished. The common areas were cozy and we really enjoyed our stay. Such a great spot! And Kyle was very responsive and gave us a lot of good information and detail. Very friendly as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The house was as advertised. Everything was very clean and we were very comfortable there. It was also nicely furnished and the kitchen was well provisioned. Close to the village and the bike path runs right behind the house. Kyle is a great host who communicated well and helped make our stay more enjoyable.

This was such a great time! I brought a church group to spend some time relaxing and making memories. The house was better than the pictures! Very clean and inviting. Hot tub was immaculate, all the rooms were dialed. Kyle and his wife communicate great and made sure we had all the needed info to have a worry free stay. HIGHLY recommend.
